Make a list of all the things you want to forgive this person for. No need to go into any detail at this point on any of the issues. The objective here is to begin to discover what the elements of your story about this person are and about how he or she treated you.Put the issues in rank order relative to how much pain is tied up in the situation. In other words, I want you to feel into each one and assess how much pain or energy is present within you now, or was present within you when it happened. On a scale of 0 to 100, where 100 is angry as hell, and 0 is total peace, put a figure next to each complaint.
