This program is designed to help you shift your perspective about any of these areas of your life and to release the energy and feelings you may have previously held. You will discover how to finally forgive yourself and embrace the joy in your new freedom!
HOW IT WORKS
During this program, you will have the opportunity to “bring to the light” and then transform, all the things you feel guilty about and have been unable to forgive yourself. This alone can be a tremendous relief, even if you are doing this without anyone else being present. That’s because, when you see it written down, it becomes “outside of you” perhaps even for the first time. Getting it out of your head and down on paper or, as in this case, onto the screen, is the first big step towards releasing it.
Next, you will get to evaluate them all in terms of whether your guilt is appropriate or inappropriate – i.e., whether you are actually entitled to feel guilty about it or not. Then you get to examine the degree to which it is, or is not, appropriate, both in human terms and in spiritual terms.
As you go through the Radical Self-Forgiveness process, you will automatically release the negative energy that has been locked in your mind and physical body around these things and come to resolution about them, both spiritually and emotionally.
For the want of a better word, let’s dub these things your “crimes and misdemeanors.”
Note: Let’s lighten this up – the term “crime” is not used here in the legal sense, or to indicate the seriousness of the situation. It is just a word to cover all the things you, yourself, feel to have been “past behavioral wrongdoings.” It covers everything from the tiniest little transgression up to what society might really consider a serious crime.
Was the Crime Doing It – Or Not Doing It?
Something bad that you have done is known as a “crime of commission.” When it is something that you did not do, but should have done, it is known as a “crime of omission.”
You will also get to examine the things that, even though you think you shouldn’t do (or don’t do but think you should), you still continue to do them. Let’s call these your “habits.” Again, these can range from habits that are really quite insignificant up to full-scale addictions, compulsions and perhaps even ongoing criminal activities. In other words, anything you do that makes you feel guilty and for which you seek some relief through self-forgiveness.
Note: Though it is possible that your “habits” might well alter in a positive direction as a result of doing this program, this is not the explicit goal of the program.
The goal is simply to help you stop beating yourself up all the time about your habits. Continually “shoulding on yourself” only makes you feel worse and actually increases the need to maintain the habit.
By doing the self-forgiveness work, you reduce the internal pressure. This results in your feeling a whole lot better about yourself. As a result, your self-esteem goes up and your need to continue the habit may be automatically reduced.
1. TELL THE STORY
Having your story heard, witnessed and validated, is the first step to letting it go. Likewise, the first step in releasing victimhood is to own it fully. So, in this step, someone willingly and compassionately listens to you tell your story, and it is honored as your truth in the moment.

2. FEEL THE FEELINGS
Your feelings represent your authentic power, so allow yourself to feel them. You cannot heal what you don’t feel. When people access their pain, this is the beginning of their healing.
3. COLLAPSE THE STORY
This is where we make a conscious choice to withdraw the energy we have given to the story and begin to realize that the story is mostly our interpretation of events based on our limited perception of reality.
4. REFRAME THE STORY
Here we specifically replace the “victim” story with another story – the Radical Forgiveness “story.” This one expresses our willingness to see that what appeared to have happened, far from being a tragedy, was in fact exactly what we wanted to experience for our soul growth and was in that sense, absolutely perfect.
It is necessary to integrate that change at the cellular level. That means integrating it into the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies so it becomes a part of who you are. These include breathwork, walking, physical work, doing worksheets, etc.
