Important:
Do NOT begin this program unless and until you are totally committed to going through the whole thing, step-by-step, doing all five stages of the Radical Forgiveness process.

This is serious work that you are doing, so it would be very unwise to begin the process and then leave it half way through having stirred up a “hornets’ nest” but without its being transformed. It is vital that once begun, you stay the course to make sure that it all becomes properly processed.

Choose your time carefully so you can be sure that you will have the time to complete the program and be allowed the space to go through some discomfort if necessary. If that is not the situation at this time, you are advised to wait until that is the case.

Disclaimer:
You definitely should not do it at all if you have, or have recently had, a serious mental illness. Please consult your mental health physician or board certified mental health adviser if you have any doubt whatsoever about your capacity to deal with what may arise.

Take Your Time
Do not rush through the program. The work you will do here will stir memories, thoughts, ideas and beliefs that are deeply rooted in your subconscious and, given time, these will become part of the transformation process.

It will also have the effect of prompting your unconscious mind to go through a “healing cycle” – this is something that happens automatically and most likely to occur during sleep.

Where to Start?
You may choose to start at either Self-Forgiveness or Self-Acceptance. That’s up to you! Trust your own intuition of which is best for you.

Proceed Sequentially
The process flows in a sequence, so we recommend that you go through the Program taking each module in order. So if you start with Self-Forgiveness, complete that in order before moving on to Self-Acceptance.

Repeating the Worksheet
Since it is a complete process in and of itself, it is something you can do time and time again to keep you free of guilt and shame.

The Self-Forgiveness Worksheet
This worksheet is the final module #6 of the Self-Forgiveness Program. Everything you have done in the prior modules has been leading up to, and preparing you for, this experience. It is designed to take you through all five stages of the Radical Self-Forgiveness process and is therefore a complete experience in and of itself. It will give you a printout at the end.

Privacy and Security of Your Entries
In order to ensure privacy and the security of what you write as you progress through the course, DO NOT give anyone your login information, especially your password. When you complete a Module, make sure you log out and close the Program. If you print out what was written, make sure that anything you consider sensitive is put in a very secure place or, preferably, destroyed. Your information is held until you clear it by clicking on the Clear All link at the end of the modules.

Access Period
You have access to your Program for the lifetime of the Program.

“No Activity” Timeout Period
If you are part way through a module and you leave the computer, or don’t refresh the page or go on to the next page within 30 minutes, the system will automatically log you out. In that case, please log back in again to continue.

Additional Support

Breathwork
At times you might find yourself experiencing strong feelings. This is a good and natural part of the program, so to help you move through these we have provided a short breathwork bonus. It simply guides you through a breathing process which will help you return to a place of calm while at same time staying aware of, and lovingly accepting, your feelings.
