Yesterday I gave you a lot of information to digest. I hope it was not too much for you. Today I will keep it short and to the point.

Your task for today is to write your story. You went through a process yesterday to identify the story you wanted to work on, so I trust you are certain now as to which one you are going to work on for the rest of the program.

Writing the whole story can be quite time-consuming, so make sure you have plenty of time at your disposal before you begin. You wouldn’t want to skimp on it or feel that you are up against a time constraint.

You’re also going to be stirring up some memories. So if you think there is a strong chance that you might become distressed, have someone standing by you can call in case you need some support. At the very least have some tissue handy because we want you to let the tears flow if they need to. It is very important that you don’t choke them back or stuff your feelings in any way.

So, continue to the next page to receive some further instructions on writing your story.

Good luck with it.

Blessings,

Colin
