Start by writing down the date
The obvious things are likely to be that you eat too much, you don’t exercise enough, you go on a diet and don’t keep to it and so on. Work on all those things certainly, but also use this worksheet to deal with all the things that come up for you around self-forgiveness when you do the investigative work in your Journal. A lot of your weight may well be guilt related, especially sexual guilt, and that must be neutralized.
