This is a great CD that has a wonderful 7-minute process to use any time you find yourself being self-critical or judgmental about yourself or about something that you did. It will keep you from going back to the old habits like beating yourself up, and gives you a chance, each time, to tell that old “judging-self within,” to shut up. It also has a song specifically written for this CD called, I Forgive You – Me, by Karen Taylor-Good. It’s a great song.
The ’13 Steps’ CD is not only powerful but quick and easy to do. It is a process that has to be listened to rather than read, which is why it is not in the book but sold as a companion CD to the book. Listen and respond to the 13 questions and save yourself a trip to victimland. Ideal to keep in the car for emotional emergencies!
