In the video outlining the Soul’s Journey, I put a lot of emphasis on the need, once you have begun the awakening process, to go back along the time line of Phase One and begin the process of systematically clearing out the old energy patterns of separation using the tools of Radical Forgiveness and Radical Self Forgiveness. This video focuses on the (false) toxic beliefs that got attached to those stories. They are the ones that created and sustained the energy patterns and gave you so many karmic units. They need to go. They drag your energy down.
Watch the video now, and then see if you can identify the beliefs you might have that still need to be released – with love, of course.

OK, now see if any beliefs have come to mind that you might have been acting out over the years. You can tell what beliefs you have, even if they are unconscious, by how people treat you. For example, if you have a belief that you are not worthy, people will subconsciously pick that up and treat you that way.

If you checked any of the “likely” beliefs on the previous page, they will be listed here. Look through them and pick out the ones that seem to you to have the most resonance. Write each one on a separate Post-it or piece of paper. Put them to one side.
Action. Take those pieces of paper on which you wrote your beliefs and, one by one, do the following:
1. Hold the belief in your left hand (which connects it to your right brain), hold it high, and then say this, with feeling:
I love myself for having had the belief that . . . . . . . . . .(say the belief) and realize that this belief has served me lovingly in the past. I send love and appreciation now to this belief and the part of my ego that has felt the need to hold onto it. I feel blessed to have had it as part of my consciousness, until this moment, and realize now that I have no need to hold onto it any longer. I, therefore, lovingly release it from my consciousness NOW.
2. Now hold the belief in your right hand and say the same thing again, this time connecting with your left brain.
Repeat each step three times, changing hands each time; and say the last line with gusto and plenty of voice. Put some physical energy behind it as well. Then, when you have finished doing it for that one belief, tear the paper up or burn it.
